We stand behind our gear and want you to be fully satisfied with your Suunto equipment. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your products in their original condition within 30 days for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Gear

  Place the unused item in its original packaging, ensuring all manuals, tags, and accessories are included to qualify for a refund.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely attach it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the designated carrier location; once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
